Part of Your Team

"As heartbase's Director of Clinical Application Training & Support Services, it is my goal to ensure that our clients have a thorough understanding of not just the heartbase software, but the ever changing landscape of registry requirements and best practices as well. I am a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience, and have been helping heartbase clients since 2000.

Our US-Based Support staff is accessible by phone or via email, and takes great pride in providing timely and effective solutions to client requests. From assistance during a rapidly approaching data deadline, to educational sessions or customization, our support staff will be at your side every step of the way.

In order to best equip your team with the resources that they need, we have created an extensive library of training videos and reference documents, as well as a monthly newsletter and frequent communication on important items, all included free of charge with your heartbase license. Users will also have access to the full curriculum of heartbase user classes and educational webinars. These complimentary sessions, are offered every month to ensure that your team is provided with the hands-on service to ensure their excellence with the hbCOR software.

While we hope that your team will find these training resources to be useful tools, they are never meant to replace the help that myself, or the other heartbase support staff can provide. Please reach out to us if there's anything you need - we look forward to working with you!"
